But as we all know, fortune favors the bold, and the lucky ones who dare to spread the rose-white slice of Taleggio on a Bruschetta, or simply mix it with Polenta and Risotto, will experience an unparalleled pleasure. The strong taste enhances any occasion, and despite being unlike anything you've tried before, it magically has a sort of familiarity which makes the flavor unforgettable. Exclusively produced in the high plains of Val Taleggio.
